Terms - Terms & Conditions: PPC Policy RoadAngel operates a strict policy on PPC Activity. Unless specifically agreed in writing with us, Affiliates must NOT bid on or use the following keywords or other associated brand names for PPC purposes on Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other search engines: Unless otherwise agreed in writing with RoadAngel, affiliates must NOT bid on or use any of the following for PPC purposes on any search engine: Brand name, derivatives or misspellings thereof (Road Angel, RoadAngel, RAG, RAdashcams, road-angel, road angle, RoadAngle etc…) Brand name extensions i.e. road angel dash cams, road angel speed detectors. This includes misspellings of the brand name Affiliates should add RoadAngel and its derivatives as a negative keyword in all paid search activity in order to avoid broad matching issues and competing traffic with the brand. Affiliates should recognise they cannot use the term ‘Official’ in the sense of ‘Official Partner’. Affiliates must not use their websites to earn commission on their own transactions. Doing so is a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in termination of their RoadAngel and related company accounts including removal from the affiliate programme. Email Policy: Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this Affiliate programme. If affiliates wish to send out an email on behalf of RoadAngel to their database, they must seek prior approval from us. Content Policy: Affiliates should ensure their websites, social media and other digital activity in no way passes off or impersonates RoadAngel or any of the RoadAngel related companies. Affiliates should not promote negativity, hate speech, pornography, racial or derogatory statements or content of any kind.  Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions could result in removal from the programme and the retrieval of commissions. Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period
