Promotional Period: The promotional code GT10 is valid from 7.08.2024 to 30.08.2024. Affiliates are encouraged to promote the code during this period. Commissions will only be earned on eligible sales made within this timeframe. Usage Restrictions: The promotional code can be used only once per customer and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotional codes. Marketing Materials: Affiliates may use the provided marketing materials and banners to promote the promotional code GT10. Any custom marketing materials must be approved by GT prior to use. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of the AWIN affiliate agreement when promoting the promotional code. This includes adhering to advertising standards and not engaging in any misleading or deceptive practices. Prohibited Practices: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on GT brand keywords or using the promotional code GT10 in any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. Additionally, affiliates may not distribute the code through unauthorized channels such as coupon sites. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or modify the promotional code GT10 campaign at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the promotion. Liability: GT is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect the tracking and recording of sales made using the promotional code GT10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
