This means that affiliates will be credited for any purchase made by a referred customer within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link. 4. Payment Terms Commissions will be paid out through AWIN’s payment system. Payments will be made once the affiliate’s account reaches the minimum payout threshold set by AWIN. All payments are subject to review and may be withheld if fraudulent activity is suspected. 5. Discount Code Usage GaN Charger Hub may offer exclusive discount codes to affiliates. The discount code must be used in conjunction with the affiliate link to ensure proper tracking. Affiliates should ensure that the code and link are promoted together in any content. 6. Promotional Guidelines Affiliates may promote the EXINNO 300W GaN charger through their own websites, blogs, social media platforms, and other marketing channels, provided they comply with AWIN’s guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations. 7. Restrictions - Affiliates are not permitted to offer additional discounts on top of the provided discount codes. - Misleading claims or false advertising regarding the product are strictly prohibited. - Affiliates must not create websites or social media profiles pretending to represent GaN Charger Hub or EXINNO or its products. - Affiliates must not engage in any unethical practices, including but not limited to spamming, cookie stuffing, or unauthorized use of copyrighted content. 8. Return and Refund Policy Commission payouts will be adjusted in cases where a referred customer returns the EXINNO 300W GaN charger or requests a refund. The affiliate will not earn a commission on any refunded orders. 9. Termination of Agreement GaN Charger Hub reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at its sole discretion if any of the terms and conditions are violated, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. Affiliates will be notified in such cases, and any pending commissions may be forfeited. 10. Right to Final Interpretation GaN Charger Hub reserves the right to interpret and modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any disputes or issues arising from the affiliate program will be resolved at GaN Charger Hub's sole discretion. GaN Charger Hub retains all rights to the final interpretation of these terms.
