The free shoe bag will be automatically added to the order at checkout, or included in the shipment. No additional action is required from the customer. Returns & Exchanges: If the golf shoes are returned for a refund, the free shoe bag must also be returned in unused and original condition. If the free shoe bag is not returned, the value of the item will be deducted from the refund amount. Terms - Minimum order 4 dozen. Maximum three lines of 17 characters inclusive of spaces on each line. Black, red, blue or green ink only (using the standard font, uppercase only). Single-pole text personalisation only. Same model and text personalisation for all 4 dozen. No symbols or Emojis, no solitary signs/symbols/letters/numbers. Registered or trademarked messages will be subject to approval. Brand names (including sports clubs) are prohibited. Personalisation cannot be changed after order is placed. Estimated 3-4 week lead time from order submission. The promotion will run whilst stocks last. *TaylorMade reserve the right to refuse printing of any inappropriate message onto the golf ball.

Terms - The trade in service is only available to UK residents, due to the complexity of cross-border duty on used goods. The trade in service is not available to trade or wholesale customers and is only valid to consumers. A quote will be offered at the discretion of Clubhouse Golf. Our decision will be final in relation to the eligibility and valuation. A quote is valid for a period of 3 days, subject to no change in condition. A new valuation will need to be given after this period. A quote is deemed correct at the point of valuation and your clubs must be returned within 7 working days. Once verified, the trade in credit must be redeemed in one single transaction and has no cash alternative value. If the clubs received are incorrectly graded, we will notify you with a revised valuation for your approval. If the revised valuation is not acceptable, we will charge a shipping cost of £4.99 to return your clubs. Prices shown in our representative examples are based on a valuation at the first time of advertising (February 2025). We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, including withdrawal of the service without prior notice or liability.
