Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination from the Programme and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions. 6. Termination - Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links and promotional materials from your platforms. 7. Limitation of Liability - We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with your participation in the Programme. 8. Amendment - We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Programme following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 9. Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
